GoC Server

I noticed JEL talking about having a private server for GoC. I have a server I can set up really quickly if we need it for something. And Shadow, you can keep thinking about the server you might buy, but for now, we can use mine if that's fine with the rest of you.

that wouldnt be good because of ping. razer has a good server but everyones ping sucks...
i say we just hold all practices till we can get a server

Jel emailed Chain about the friend server, I can't promise that he will respond back, but if he does the server will be back up, hopefully.

I think Chain has officially ignored soldat and everyone that has to do with it. When I asked for it, he completely refused to give me access to ftp, he does not pay for it or even use it, so im not sure what exactly hes worried about. Only thing I can think of is...he might use 1 password for all his things, so that would make it hard. So far, no reply from the email I sent chain, but no hope is lost yet.

IF he doesn't respond, I have my server set up. I got it working a few hours ago and I want some of you to test your ping in it. So tell me if you have time and I'll get you in.

If it so happens that a few of you have good ping, we can use my server for whatever in the future.

P.S.: It most likely won't be up, but I'll tell you when it is, so you can try to join it and test your ping.
