-Made Administrator Group
-Edited Clan Wars forum settings (now only official clan members can view it).
-Changed padding on css and edited the forum background slightly.

I changed the quote box color since it was white before with white text (pretty dumb idea)

I also fixed the annoying "Your message has been submitted" box and changed it's background color to 222; This should help any annoyances you get while browsing the forum.
